PS. Though we are not traditionalist renovators of VCs - Rest assured, we would never make a vintage van into a Coffee Van - Heaven forbid ! - But Alison does love coffee so there will be a coffee van at Bridgewater even if its not ours.

Florence and Bert are proud to announce the safe arrival of Felicity. A gorgeous sister for Audrey. 10'6" and 340kg. Very excited grandparents Marcus and Alison would like to thank Brenten and Robyn for their gentle and gracious delivery skills. We are looking forward to her future development and would love to see her public christening at Bridgewater in Feb 17 at our caravan extravaganza. Thanks again to all involved.

Early days but numbers are growing already. Bert is always excited about a weekend away with Flo. Trivia night will be alot of laughs. Could do a shorter and less taxing car Rally if people are interested - drop Bert a line if you are ( I'll get in trouble for suggesting that! ) For the more adventurous ...... there is even skydiving just down the road. Please spread the word - we would love to fill the whole park

We are gearing up for a huge weekend - truth be know its got a bit bigger than we anticipated. Things to look forward to.... Car rally - may need to do some car pooling to save the environment - search for hiiden Gold Antiques and collectibles fair in Maldon - Sat and/or Sunday Trip to Tubbys caravan museum in Dunolly Big BBQ on Saturday night - please BYO and something to share - if u have a BBQ you can bring that would be good because we hadnt quite anticipated 140+ people !! A good dose of tolerance and good humour - this is not a five star caravan park so dont expect luxurious facilities This will be a great week end and there will be fantastic conversations - come and show off your van and bedazzled by the efforts of others All vintage van enthusiasts welcome! Loddon House Holiday Park at Baringhup - see you there.

Bert has been contemplating the route for the car rally, lots of interesting things to see in Central Vic. For those who havent been here and even for those who have, Bert hopes to introduce you to new experiences. Some famous people came from central victoria apparently ... Bourke of 'Bourke and Wills', Ron Barassi and ..... Francis Gerard McEnroe - Frank to his friends - born 1908 in Castlemaine - inventor of the Chicko Roll! Remeber these facts as they may be worth bonus points on Bert's Car Rally ! Looking forward to seeing you all there - remember to contact Florence ( Bert's Lover ) via proboard vintagecaravans to book in ... See you in February!

Bert spent the day exploring the hidden and unusual delights of Maldon and surrounds in contemplation of 19/20 Feb 2016 vintage van get together and car rally weekend in Maldon - there will be a ' discovering hidden gold ' theme - have opted for Baringhup CV park - "Loddon House CV park " on Facebook ( Bert is too old to do Facebook!) and you will need to book through Florence ( aka Alison ) rather than the van park, as we have booked 50 sites -powered and non powered available and all close together - more details to follow as we get it organised - pet friendly - great location - central to everything in Central Vic , on the w/e of Maldon collectables fair for you Vintage bargain hunters. Stay tuned for more details

Now Bert has to decide - Audrey or Florence or both? We will look forward to what will no doubt be a great weekend - bigger and better than last year we have no doubt - it will be fantastic again to see you both and laugh at Max's ( slightly ) exaggerated stories.
