Two plate lickers being well behaved while their owners enjoy some griddle cakes. Al & Delma....A great effort all the way from W'gong. dosse

G'day all, Well in spite of the weather we had a great week-end away with the group again.......this trip to Crows Nest was a very special one for me personally. The story started after last July when we came to the Nest and I mentioned to my mum where we had been with the group and she informed me that we had family ties in Crows Nest. So with that we came looking for evidence knowing that my Grandmothers maiden name was Knight.......after spending some time looking in the Crows Nest cemetery I found the graves of my great great Grandparents on my mum side. . dosse.

Hi Lyn & Ob, I think that because of the varied times that we will be all arriving on Friday ........it may be difficult to do the camp-oven's thing for those who have the time may be able to make some-thing to take and maybe just heat-up on arrival. Some suggestion's maybe pea & ham soup with some crusty bread enjoyed while warming your bone's by the fire . dosse Ps Just a reminder if you are able to bring fire wood please do Thanks all.

G'day Guy's Yes maybe a good idea to get legal protection but will not protect you from the nob's that try and come inside of you when doing a left turn I drive every day in my truck with a over-length permit from qld transport with these sign"s on the rear .....makes no difference .....still need to be vigilant. dosse.

G'day John & Dianne How cute is little jellbean Ilse and I love jellbean's ....she into the black ones . Any-way after a careful study of the profile of this van and an extensive and exhaustive time spent on research looking for evidence of its origin ( about five minutes ) I have come to the conclusion that the builder had two things in mind.....the first was to keep the van low to the ground as he may have been vertically challenged ( short ) and the second may have been contraception ....as only one adult can sleep inside at a time. Looking forward to seeing both on our next run. dosse
