Hi Firefighter,
I met this guy at Yamba Rod Run the weekend before, up from melbourne on holidays with his family, in their 37 4 door & early Franklin.Suggested Canungra to them, & they were there when we arrived.
Said he knows most of you mexicans. I think his name is Peter, but I've written it in my book . From what we saw, they had a ball at both events.
We often get interstate visitors to our events. I suppose because we do have slightly better weather most of the time.

Hi Anglia 46,
The caravan run to Wadesville & the Channon markets is the same weekend, & is under 14th SE Qld.............
Cant change the weekend , or you miss the market.
If you change the month something else could be on at the same time.
What to do is always difficult. If this had have been February as originally planned this might not have happened.

Hi VVers We had a great w/e at Canungra, great venue, a big thanks to those who organised us - Dosse and gang and Ron for a great job with the name tags, they really help when you are meeting so many new people in a short time . Love the couple of bondys in original internal condition, I don't know how you find these vans, - great to see them and their proud owners. Thanks to fellow Olympic owners for their participation , -13 for the w/e , 11'6" x2, 14' x 4, 16' x 6, 21' x 1, a good turnout. We look forward to next year. Cheers boblor

Hi Everyone,
Just a short note to say thank to to all of the helpers, organisers, people for turning up at Canungra and to everyone for enjoying themselves. What can I say? Can't wait to go to the next vv run which is February 13.5 run.
If anyone is at the gold coast over xmas from 26/12 to 8/1/10 we will be at Kirra van park. Give us a personal email and we will give you our mobile numbers.
Have a great xmas and a happy new year.
Lynne & John & Tamara.

G'day Ellie Welcome to VintageVans....Canungra is a great venue but you may have to wait till November 2010 to go as a group. Or alternatively we have other places we go for week-ends..... Next one at Sunny Coast in Feb. Regards dosse.
