Hi Ron,
Looks like the majority of Canungra people agree with the idea of name tags, & I thank you for your offer & effort in producing them.
It shows how things evolve in our group, with the majority hopefully winning over us old farts that havent seen the need to use them before..
I thank you for persistence.
Who knows, I might even pull the one you made me out the drawer & wear it.
Peace
JBJ

Hi Dennis,
If you do that, I'll have to take a photo ;D
BTW, I still think they are handy when there are a lot who don't know each other and the "tag" is a good way to identify "that person on the forum" ;D
Cheers, Ron

Ron, If you miss my tag that is OK because I 'll be identifiable with the genuine Rollydog as Rufus has decided to come along. A few minor hicccups with the Hunter but it should be fine for the trip. Rollydog

Rollydog Rod, I have one for you but by the sound of it, there is no need for "Rollydog" to have one, we will all know who he is ;D Cheers, Ron

Jim & Karen "Cramalot Inn" we are coming out to canungra to catch up with you all and to say hello. We are just new members but have met several members already who suggested we come out and check a few vans out ...as we are on the look for a 60s retro van and tow car to suit. We already have a modern version of a teardrop (which we built) and a 33 ford stepside pickup which we use to tow as a combination. Looking forward to catching up.

Hi all,
I have just printed and laminated 80, double sided name cards. 75 of those were new people that I had not made cards for, before.
In an effort to save trees, ink and plastic, I did not reprint the ones I made for Tallebudgera. For those people who were at Tallebudgera and are going to Canungra, could you please bring your name cards, if you still have the.
If not, no drama, I'll make new ones at Cunungra.
By my calculations, there will be 103 people there, not counting Dogs, Birds and Cats. ;D
Cheers, Ron

Hi Guys & Gals,
For those of you that have been there before - what is the suggested route from the Sunshine Coast.
Once I get south of the Gateway Bridge is it best to turn off at Beenleigh and go through Tamborine, or to turn off at Nerang and go through Mount Nathan or am I better off turning off the freeway way before Beenleigh?
Thanks Di

Hi Di,
Stay away from Tamborine Mountain if at all possible. Its very steep.
We travel the same road as Sutcac said when we come in from the South side.

G'day Clyde, Apparently they have been busy doing improvments to the grounds and there is plenty of power now. Also we will have the lights on for the dinner in the big shed and all the trestle tables we need and seats.....how good is that....so if any-one can bring a xmas table-cloth with them that would be great. Regards dosse.
