you are right with the date....1963 built in the 10th month.....and the 330 is the progressive number of sunliners built.

I fitted electric brakes.....originally most had air operated brakes fitted. You will probably need a new axle to take the backing plate for the electric brakes....the old stud pattern for the backing plate is somewhat smaller. I think you can also get the new pattern welded onto your old axle after removing the old one via angle grinder, oxy or whatever

She owes a lot to Millard from the same period.....but enough differences to not be a millard. If you need to replace the bushed bolts holding the dolly wheel trailing arms, they have to made in an engineering shop. Cost about $260. I haven't towed the '61 Millard yet.....I think it is finished. I might even put some photos of it if I can get some co-operation from Photoetc. Strange that my Millard with the Jones wheel also came from Belmont

Majority of Sunliners were fitted with a Shieds Jetflame or Jetmaster. Pretty common to a lot of vans from that era and shouldn't be hard to find one

It's still all fun Dennis ...but reminds one of an iceberg....ie most of it is underneath. I won't touch another wood framed van....its fibreglass for me!!

$60 is a fair price. I have had a fair bit of glass done for van windows and I would go for that.

The wheels could be Hillman circa 53/54 or earlier.........the van looks young enough for these wheels to be a common option. I will do a measure tomorrow to check.
