Hi VVer’s, We are heading off tomorrow on a 4-week, 4000km journey up to the mid-Queensland coast (Yepoon) & returning for the Wintersun festival before the final leg back home! Don’t know yet where we will be on the NSW coast for the next week but if anyone would like to catch up with us you can phone Kaz 0410012905 or Adam 0401575497 as we will be off-line for the next month! This is the first big trip away for Miss Georgia & by the time we get back she’ll be close to having her first birthday! Cheers Kaz and Adam

Well thanks very much Don Ricardo on that very well timed posting..........we're heading off on Sunday for a 4000km adventure with Miss Georgia in tow Thats very interesting........I've been running 40psi & the tyres still look 'flat' on the bottom. I was once told, that the tyres should look 'full' & 'round' but I thought even 40psi was pretty extreme We took the van out last weekend for a dummy run behind the AU Faimont........it was whipping around all over the place. Got home, checked the pressure, & there was only 30psi in them. So I guess it would make sense to run higher pressure as suggested, the difference between 30-40psi is huge to the handling, I'm looking forward to trying 50psi ;D ;D Last thing, I have also been told to run 40psi in the rear tyres of the car Cheers Adam

Something will come along Jules & this is the best place to hear about any VV's on the market for sale . As a personal friend, if anyone hears of a van that will suit Julie & the two kidletts, then something around 11"6, light & easy to tow, & pretty well jump in & enjoy with no major work required . Plus Julie will be able to change her user name from julesnovan to juleshasgottavan ;D ;D ;D Cheers Adam

Looks fine to me Dorian........the stone guard painted breaks it up....the only thing that detracts from the overall shape of the van is those BRIGHT RED RIMS Adam

There are some good ideas there, I think mustangpal might be onto something here......if the weather is fine then maybe a street party incorperating a band outdoors I reckon would hold a great atmosphere in & amongst the VV's ;D ;D ;D Me & Kaz could do a couple of numbers with Belinda (I've made a few Karaoke grand finals ) & jg33rob does a great Devo too He may need a few ambers to get him started though We might be able to start the auction prior with the use of the PA system........anyway, just a few thoughts. OK thanks Geoff, 'kaznadam' are official starters then I guess an updated list from time to time will appear for the numbers of patrons attending??? As for the auction........can somebody get a job lot of sunnies as I always lose 1-2 pairs every weekend in the surf I will be strongly bidding if some turns up with some PS: Harkos sis goes off, she could entertain an ant colony in a drought........true Hey Harko, Kaz has just requested to me that you move down near us........in your finned Kennedy Cheers kaznadam

Hi all, When we were at Coledale on the weekend I had a chat with Norm about October . One thing mentioned was the dates that we would be attending (which is now confirmed), another was if we were booking with our real names or user names Some sites seem to be booked already (other than regulars), I thought we had booked for 2010 already but apparently not . We did get a site on the beach side (I think), but if Geoff n Jude or Lynelle can arrange for us to group together with Julie, jg33rob & steve (Olympic Debonair & Customline), that would be great ;D. I'll contact the latter two as I don't think they have booked yet Cheers Adam

Hi all, We've decided to go to the TUG rather than Shannons as it's closer for us & the weather is looking very promising (19-29) , so we've decided to stay at Coledale on Friday & Saturday nights if anyone is interested...............Cheers Kazandadam
