It’s with a lot of reservation and procrastination that I have finally made a decision to hand on my custodianship of my bondwood Jennison Pathfinder to someone who will love her as much as I did when I found her sitting in a shed in country Victoria where she’d been since 1970 .
As far as we know this is the only known example of a 14 foot bondwood Pathfinder known ! Lots of TLC and research has gone into conservation and restoration of this Aussie icon
It’s 99 percent original inside and the outside colours and livery have been meticulously copied from what was found under two layers of paint
Comes complete with original Annex which is in amazing condition and was made extra wide to accommodate the family Buick !
Lots of extra period accessories to numerous to mention
Registered and roadworthy no issues there !
This forum has been an amazing help to me in all aspect of restoration and research and I’ve also made some great friends through our mutual love of history and preservation
I’d love this van to go to someone on this forum who will become the next custodian and give it the use it deserves as my focus has turned to restoration of an old Edwardian house which is all consuming , hence this decision to sell
