Hi, I was just wondering if anyone might be able to give me some advice on this jug I found at a garage sale recently. I was wondering if it is one that can be put on a gas burner, due to the fact it has rings on the base? Has anyone else got one and if so what do they use it for? Both the exterior and interior are anodised. Thanks Dianne

Hello Dianne. Nice little jug. Electric top would be better but if you use a gas burner/cooker keep the flame low & within the radius of the base as constant use can discolour the anodising & possibly distort the handle where it`s rivetted. cheers gordon

G'day Dianne, I know nothing about the Jason Poly-Pot, other than to tell you that a Google search throws up the fact that there is a book in the National Library of Australia relating to: "Jason Poly-pot: recipes and instructions"Unfortunately, you can't get any more information unless you read the book, so that really doesn't help you much at all. cheers, Al.
