Stop Turn Tail Lights and Reflectors

Hi all - I know this a relatively old thread but after a failed attempt to sell my early 60s coronet, I’m going to get it registered then try again. It has only a stop/ tail light at the moment, though appears to have the outline of a different previous light. Odd as the existing ones have a very perished rubber underneath - ie not recent. Yet to investigate whether it has wiring for an indicator. Anyone know the original taillights looked like? With thanks
