Hi Mark Have just welded together the MK2 "come with me ya big lump". The MK2-CWMYBL has groundbreaking new features that makes it a "must Have" for every vintage vanner. Just like the MK1 it makes shifting the van around the shed a whizz. Mind you the local supermarket is a bit pissed off about me sawing the bases off two of their shopping trolleys. But i have always said never let the law stand in the way of progress and , Possession is 90% of the law . With a floppy wheel on all 4 corners of the MK2-CWMYBL your old pride and joy can be manovouered into the tightest corners with ease. Gawn are the days of the 50 point turn to get that stubborn van into a gap barely big enough for a pushbike. Be the envy of every pensioner in your street. Order now. No gaurantees when you will recieve your item. Australia Post have been a bit slack lately......... Or should that last sentence read:... There has been a slight problem with supply of materials since my "contact" was arrested loading trolleys into his ute last thursday night.. WARNING: The MK2-CWMYBL should be unstrapped from the wheels of your van before heading out onto the highway. On the first test run i through the car and van into an off cambered roundabout which sent the van into a whip that saw it come around 180 degrees passed the passengers side window and smash into the front of my ute . You may also have trouble getting it to run straight as you pass the "fruit and vegie" aisle at coles and woolies. As much as i have tried to engineer this inherent trait out of my MK2-CWMYBL i am still having trouble with castor and camber angles. A bit more research and development as well as track time at bathurst doing hot laps should see things sorted before i go into mass production. Gunna head over to the local supermarket and have a talk with one of those pimply face kids that shunt 50 trolleys between expensive cars every day without handling problems. Dont delay .......order now and i will send you a heap of useless chrome wire baskets with nifty little "If found please return to Coles Supermarket or phone crime stoppers" signs on the side. Reddo... from the shed of invention

Hey Reddo, Can I have two of these MK2'S. I had faith that in the long run you would realize MK1 wasn't worth a pinch of poop. Don't miss Will's response to this thread Reddo...you can find it under "Memorabilia" in the thread about "photos from the forties". Ya a classic Will, you can put a smile on my moosh even when ya not trying to. & two for Lyn Cobber

Hi Texfossil I have placed an order for more trolleys. My "supplier " is out on bail and a bit reluctant to carry on his "trade". However if you send me the photos from swansea van park i might be able to get a set of Skates.......ummmm Mk2- CWMYBL to you before the end of the month. However you will need to adjust your attitude about my MK1 invention. Still way better than your half baked, ill concieved, dang right dangerous, fool hardy ropes, snatch blocks, reeves, lasoos, granny knots and ... grandads plum tree for brakes idea for moving things around the prarie. Now go take a rest and stay away from the saspirella and rattlesnake juice. Have a good feed of mollasis and oats and make sure that young filly Yvonne hoses out your stable and changes the straw more often. Your ol' pardner Slim Reddo... 10 gallon hat on a 2 pint head. ;D

G'day Mark, I've seen these sorts of items on the dreaded e-Bay. For the car skates, see if this item is like what you're looking for... Item # 330042571961 This item is in the UK, but I've seen smaller types on e-bay selling from within Aust. I can't seem to locate an example despite all the different keywords I can think of, but the Aussie ones I've seen are smaller and are more like square tubing in a square pattern with castor wheels on each corner. For the trailer dolly, see if this item matches the picture in your head... Item # 110049596950 For a price comparison, I bought an "identical" trailer dolly from my local engineering supplies shop about 6 months ago, on special for $49 and normally $69. Hope this helps. cheers, Al.
