Sadly, the time has come for us to sell our '58 Highway. Our little family has grown (as children do) and we no longer all fit in! We are also owner building our first home so don't have the time or money to give to her. She is towable, but no longer registered and, having sat in a paddock (covered) for almost a year has developed a fair amount of sponge wood so is definitely a project van rather than a drive away job. We're looking for around $3000 but are open to offers - I just really want her to go to a good home! From my research I think that she is one of the last Highways on the road and I'd rather not sell her to our mate who wants to turn her into a mobile brewery... Van is located near Traveston in Qld (just south of Gympie). More info on her here: vintagecaravans.proboards.com/thread/7181/58-highwayand here: vintagecaravans.proboards.com/thread/3648I also have a few spare bits and pieces that I have collected over the years (vintage light, door handle etc) as well as extra lino squares that come with her.
