I have what I believe to be a very early 70's Viscount Ambassador caravan that I'm in the process of restoring. What I'm looking for are the plastic clips the lock the windows...Here's a pic of what I'm looking for:

revcore, you won't get exact replacements for what is there originally, so you have to adapt the versions available today. CaravansPlus carry black and white versions of these "Pushout window Knob Lock With Metal Plate". Other caravan parts suppliers will/should carry the same item, so you can compare prices if you wish. cheers, Al.

I have what I believe to be a very early 70's Viscount Ambassador Is this for your Ambassador E3467 that you uploaded pics of last year? Could it perhaps be a mid to late 60's model? I'm wondering when push out windows became obsolete in the Viscount Ambassador range?....late 60's - early 70's perhaps? Good luck finding replacements and if you do can you please let us know because I've noticed some of mine are getting very brittle and I fear they may snap off! Cheers, Helen

Well, to me, it looks more mid to late 60's than early 70's. Of course I could be wrong, but it seems to have the same starburst Laminex that mine has and mine is reputed to be a 66 model. Cheers, Helen
