Its Near STANSBURY SA, and i've got the historical society and the yorke peninsular historical societys chasing it up to find out what it maybe. stay tuned.......
Ok so i should have just asked my Dad in stead of making phone calls to the historical societys. Dad was born on the yorke peninsular and my family has a long history there. Dad said it was a lime burner, all along the bottom end of the yorke peninsular (inneston, pine point area) was big on lime and gypsum mining. they had big towers like above to burn the lime... As usual Dad's a fountain of info.....

horray i have amswer to part a, and working on part b. hubby declared he knows where it is and we've gone past it a few times (i must have been looking the other way. stay tuned. hope to have part b answer tomorrow.

to me it looks like its near tyhe site of an old mine or quarry (bottom right corner trolly with rocks) but got me stummped. we're near yorke peninsula and dont recall seeing anything like that......

never fear mark, she comes with her own coupling ball, or should that be ball and chain? in true country style the ball stays in the coupling usually and we just rescrew it to the towball when needed. loving the coments from every one. cant wait to see what the old girl gets up to in years to come........

As the mow ex owner of Marks "clipper" i can assure you its the real deal and am jost loving how he's "telling the story" Have you seen this months caravan mag Mark? in the vintage section you are mentioned...... just looking forward to furure instalments of her journey.....
