Wow, Beth, what a comprehensive album you have via your link!! The leaflets and some photos of your van would be a very valuable addition over in the Sunliner caravans thread in the new history section. Do you have any higher resolution photos? (my old eyes can't read the print in your leaflet photos very clearly). Do you know what year your van is? Looks like a great project ahead of you...(as if a new baby isn't enough for you to deal with... ) cheers, Al.

My friend's parent's van is, I think, the 1958 model - not sure if it's the 'Victory' or the "Thriftmaster' though! Would be great to move this to the other thread. I had someone else ask me about higher res pictures. They are all available for download here: www.miaowthecat.com/caravan/images/These are pretty big - about 2MB each and you can zoom in on them pretty well. I'll leave them up there in case other people would like them too. I'm pretty sure my van is 1962 - but have left it too long to crawl under and look at the chassis - I am now a whale. B

Your chassis number should be on the top of your chassis pipes, about 8" back from the coupling

Hi, Great pamphlets! Iwas happy to see my favorite 'atomic' pattern vinyl in the brochure..I have several pieces of furniture made with this pattern.. this is from an old chair..the vinyl came in several colours..red, olive green, grey and yellow that I know of. Although many years ago some of this was for sale in Brunswick st. Fitzroy I think anything like it would be unavailable now..I do know of several sites for reproduction vintage fabric if anyone is interested. Cheers!
