We are now up to about 45 vans attending which is great. We took the van down a little while ago and stayed at the caravan park and it was a beautiful spot. Will be perfect for our weekend. If you haven't booked in yet please call me on 0419 429 586.

Hi Doug, Just transfer the money when you get around to it. Most people are paying as they book. Do you still have my bank account details? Alison

Maldon numbers are looking encouraging - more than 50 but still spaces left - dont miss out. We put the finishing touches to the car rally this w/e and Bert is looking forward to a great w/e in Feb. Please let interstaters know if you have connections there. Great weekend at Geelong Revival too - thanks Max and Emma! - sorry we missed Queenscliffe but heard good reports. See you on the road. Bert is off with Audrey to Adelaide after Christmas - have a happy and safe one with your loved ones. Marcus and Alison

We looked at the Maldon caravan park but Baringhup is so much nicer. We couldnt put everyone together in the small park and Baringhup fits all our needs. Its right on the Loddon River too and is much prettier.

We are gearing up for a huge weekend - truth be know its got a bit bigger than we anticipated. Things to look forward to.... Car rally - may need to do some car pooling to save the environment - search for hiiden Gold Antiques and collectibles fair in Maldon - Sat and/or Sunday Trip to Tubbys caravan museum in Dunolly Big BBQ on Saturday night - please BYO and something to share - if u have a BBQ you can bring that would be good because we hadnt quite anticipated 140+ people !! A good dose of tolerance and good humour - this is not a five star caravan park so dont expect luxurious facilities This will be a great week end and there will be fantastic conversations - come and show off your van and bedazzled by the efforts of others All vintage van enthusiasts welcome! Loddon House Holiday Park at Baringhup - see you there.

A big thank you and well done to Alison and Marcus for organising a great weekend. A top spot in "the middle of nowhere" but in the centre of everything. We had a great time visiting Maryborough and then the Maldon vintage fair, -came back with some goodies, and visiting Clunes on the way back through Ballarat. Good to catch up familiar faces and meeting many new vintage vanners. This was my wife and daughters first vintage camp out and was enjoyed by all. Thanks again. Robert, Kay, Clare and James.

Thanks " Florence and Bert" We hope you had an enjoyable weekend as well because you seemed to be doing an awful lot of work to ensure we all had a fantastic weekend. Congratulations. I know you said it was all unofficial but you still put lots of effort into it. It was our first outing with Vintage Vanners so were overawed with the variety of vans and the friendliness of people. Our Don and Chevvie had quite a few visitors which was nice to meet people and hear their stories. We got some great things at the Vintage Fair as well. The caravan park itself was a great venue to hold the weekend.
It was also great to meet "Don Ricardo".
And, the man himself, who made our weekend, Wal Robinson whose family started the Don Caravan Business. Wal and Anna were a delight and we were really happy to hear Wal's stories. Thanks Wal.
