Quite a different collection of vehicles Cruzn. But geez, i see why you`d need a huge donk on the last car pic`d given all the 'metal' jewelry adorning it. Not to mention the artillery. cheers gordon

You guys might be interested in this, I have a mate who did most of the motorcycle stunt work in Mad Max 1, his name is in the credits, Dale Bensch. He tells some great stories about the first film. most of the bikies came from the Outlaws motor cycle gang.
He did all of Steve Bisley's stunts except the one where he goes airborn, there were 3 stuntmen involved in that one. One of the scenes had a cameraman on the back of the bike when the bike crashed. No one was hurt.
It was very raw, real stunts with no tricks and low budget.

yes i know Dale Bensch, he was in Bairnsdale in feb for a madmax event we had here at the motor expo. We have also caught up with him at other events also. The guy who rode the goose bike with the guy filming on the back was Terry Gibson and he lives in Orbost, i do know where but havnt had the chance to go there as yet. As far as i know Dale was in the Vigilanties motorbike club and most of the extras were from that club, but there could have been other clubs also involved. Heres a cpl a pics for ya... myself making arrest of one of the toecutters gang, aca Dale... A few of the boys at the Ford coupe event last year...

Remember what I told you Alan,
a man only has one life in which to fit a certain amount of projects.
Oh, this is Kaz's, thats alright then.
It looks as good in the photos as what you described it to me, good luck with its reincarnation.
Leigh.

That looks like you could just give it a wash and get put it back on the road. I didn't realise there were so many people into Mad Max - pity the museum wont be open at Christmas / New Year we would have gone and had a look.

We are thinking of getting rid of our 2 vans we have, and getting a teardrop. A smaller van will suit us better as more room in the shed and a smaller one to tow...
