Congratulations Paparazzi and the WA mob who put on that very fine looking display of Vintage Caravans, it all helps to promote the hobby and sometimes results in leads to other ‘vans waiting to be rescued and restored........ any luck this time Thanks for the pictures Surferboy. Cobber.

Hi all, Surfer Boy has shamed into posting some of my pics from the Camec Open Day in Perth yesterday. Somehow the Photobucket software never feels quite intuitive to me and I have to re-read the instructions on how to do it every time. But here goes: It was a cloudy day with occasional showers – not quite the norm for the first day of summer in Perth, but there you are. The grass in front of the Camec showroom was an ideal show ’n shine location: Will showed off his genuine 1952 teardrop: Jim’s Kermit & teardrop won the cuteness stakes: Some VVers played the “my van’s bigger than yours” game: Lily pad was almost colour coordinated with the Camec décor: Overall, it was a good event. Camec were happy to have us there for the open day. Customers enjoyed looking at the VVs. And some of the VVers found accessories at good prices. Thanks to all who participated. Paparazzi
