Tonite, first on Can we Help at 6.30pm, they featured a question"whatever happened to the GTS monaro left balancing over the edge of the bridge in the Tasmanian/hobart bridge disaster in 1975(?)." Turned out it is still owned by the same now VERY old couple! IT WAS IMMACULATE!!!!! They don,t drive it much, prefer the new car instead. That beautiful irredescent green colour. So few miles it has had the same tyres for the last 28 YEARS. They thought maybe they should give it to a museum unless someone would offer good $$$$$$ and then they would sell it. ANYONE looking for an exceptional looking ,totally original, 2 door GTS HQ monaro should be contacting ABC IMMEDIATELY for contact details and put up the good dollars. What a tow car. Also collectors did a thing on stamps and showed a few Aussie bondy and classsic caravan stamps. jennison
