Saw it,fell in love with it,bought it. A new teardrop!! I was out at a VW show today and there amongst all the sights to see was this cute Td. With yellow trim running around the edges of the polished body it positively yelled out,'buy me'! With portholes both sides but only one side door, wind down levelers & a small luggage boot fitted over the tow bar,i just couldn`t say no. Made in Germany so i guessed it had to be pretty well built, which it is.Only downside was that it was hooked up to a new style Beetle and the seller wasn`t prepared to seperate. So after some haggling and letting a few moths out of the wallet we agreed on a price. Only problem now is where in heavens name am i going to park the pair.I just don`t have that much room to spare. So looks like i have to build another cabinet!!!!! Yes, it`s a toy Td & vw.$10. Told you it was cheap as chips. Ok,i`m outta here.

To appease the gods of vanning here`tis, but i`ve hooked it to a weedub model same as my real one. And checking my real td (ex Willyn/Reddo) & my daily driver bug, the scale size is pretty consistent in comparison to the real size. cheers
