hey cobber have a squiz at this ad another ad from the australian automobile trade journal 1937 notice the box marked ................special caravan wheels...... in the ad.......also a range of english wheels & rims cobbers having trouble finding out where his" old 36 " caravan wheels came from.......perhaps this is the answer f/f ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

I believe old '36s wheels are mid to late 30s Hillman. I have 2 of them in my shed with reasonable tyres if we hear of anyone who wants them. Offered them to Cobber .. he now has a couple of spares and mine arent needed. 3 stud 15" .. came off the old fugly van. Reddo

Thanks Geoff, That box labeled W.J.B. MELB. A. looks like it could be the goods too. Everybody has a theory as to what OL' 36's wheels came off until they try to marry up the two specs......... 16 inch & three stud...... got that 'arod.... 16 inch But don't stop looking everybody, I still need to know what they are off.
