Hi All, this is our new addition - the "SAFARI ROADLINER". I have had my eye on this van for about 3-4 years. It was on a property just north of Portland, Vic. On a trip late last year I was doing my usual trip & noticed a "for sale" sign on the property, so did a u turn, spoke to the owner, two days & a couple of phone calls later & the van was ours. At the moment, it's on a friends property in Snake Valley. We need to do some organising at home before we can bring it back as it is 24 foot long x 8 foot wide!! By the way, the junk inside the van was the owners - it has since gone. Keep in mind this is my first foray into posting pictures here, so if anything is not right - my apologies - my wife helped me so blame her !!! Regards, Brett

Can you imagine trying to find a sheet of ply THAT long? I wouldn't have trouble storing that, pulling it along yes, storing no... Congrats on the acquisition.. ;D

G'dday all, thanks Mark for posting the photo's,cause i think at one point we lost them!! Guys i don't have a big shed just a big tarp & our plan is to do it up & put it on site somewhere as it weighs an absolute ton. I have got a 1974 LTD that i have as my tow car but i reckon the big safari would pull the gut's out of it so eventually i will tow it to site once & it can stay there. I will keep my skyline to do the odd weekend cruise around in. Has anyone heard of the "SAFARI" brand of caravans that were made, i looked in the "DOWN HISTORY LANE" SECTION & couldn't see anything. Iwould be very interested to hear from any body that has any information on the brand, Regards Brett
