Any of you guys know when/which models of Franklins had those moulded Franklin signs. I had the lttle egg-shaped 10 1/2 ft egg shaped Franklin as my first v/van and loved thos signs so much I paid a guy $50 for one in Coffs Harbour. Not really sure that it was kosher to put it on that model though Ray

FRANKLIN CARAVAN LOGOSAdvertisements for Franklin Caravans from March 1968 to end-of-March 1970 show the following logo: ------------------------------------------------------------- Advertisements from the start of July 1970 show a new logo: Further research is required to determine the logo(s) used up to March 1968, and to determine exactly when the logo changed between March 1970 and July 1970. (source: Sydney Morning Herald archives). The thumbnail photos available for viewing on the archives are very small.

My van was about 1962 or 63, but did not have the metal sign. Franklin, your pics are a bit hard to read. Ray

Have you ever come across a German Jomi Wohnwagon caravan, circa 1959? I have just bought one, obviously an import as the door is on the wrong side. But I can't seem to find any information on them. Just the attached old advertisement for your info. But would be keen to find out any info. I will post a pic of the logo soon
