Planning is underway for the
2024 Vintage Caravan Nationals
to be held in April 2024
More details including actual dates and location will be provided soon.
Sadly planning for a Vintage Caravan Nationals in 2023 was derailed by uncertainty about Covid restrictions, flooding in proposed venues and some of the organisers being unwell. But hopefully we're past all that, so...

Supreme 78 Dont worry about the distance,just take your time, or hook up with someone to travel with, I can assure you it will all be worth it in the long run unless you are goverened by time restaints,we all have a great time and I am sure I speak for everyone who attends, the Moderators or the organisers "whoever" does the most terrific Job in organisisng the whole experience you wont regret going. When my ex-partner and I visited your 2012 gig (in Cowra?) we were so inspired that within a few months we'd bought a 1963 12' Capricorn. Now I have a 1955 Propert under restoration aiming to participate in my first Nationals. I'm really looking forward to it!

I note people are already quite rightly organising their events calendar for 2024 ie the next gippsland gathering in March.
Is there a reason for the delay in announcing the dates of the next Nats?
How can people plan for this or other events... arrange leave from work etc if you don't give some reasonable notice?
I hate to be a pain but organisers are leaving it a bit late for some, let alone inviting possible clashes in peoples other events planning??? Only 4 months till 2024.........

‘Back to the Bush’
2024 VINTAGE CARAVAN NATIONALS
will be held in rural Queensland from
Friday, 26 April to Friday, 3 May 2024
The venue has been secured and is accessible from other states (ie not too far north). Full details, including booking arrangements, will be available soon via a dedicated web page. We'll let you know when it’s up, so you won’t miss out. In the meantime, put the dates in your diary and apply for annual leave if you need to!
And don’t worry – the 2024 Nationals will be dog friendly.
