Introducing Roma, a rare special addition Greythorne 15ft totally original vintage Caravan. Owned by the same family her entire life this time capsule caravan comes with everything original including awning, awning poles, original clock with winder, table, stove cooker, winder for the drop down legs, little dresser at the back with lift up lid and mirror Not 💯 sure on her build year but believe it's early 60's. Her original Vinal seats and mattress included (they are still intackt but stains to the underside which is fabric). She's ready for the right owner to restore her to new. She does have water damage to both ends (curved window zones) her fibreglass roof will need repairs however her chassis has light surface rust and her drawbar is solid, her roof hatch is fully operational as well as all her windows are all intact. Roma has been sitting on a property for over 20yrs and as you'd expect her wheels have had it so she's not towable behind a car, it would be best if she goes up on a tow truck tray. the number on her drawbar is 101/6. I have more photos of her water damage and cool retro interior (as facebook limits me to only 10 images which makes it hard to show everything) so PM me and questions. Facebook listing is here: www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/4652398471447852/Gumtree listing is here: www.gumtree.com.au/s-ad/kenmore/caravans/greythorne-special-vintage-caravan-15ft/1282516783We'd love to see her go to a collector who could restore her back to her former glory, I'm happy to do video walk throughs and help work with a transport company for anyone interstate as we really want her to find the right home, she's worth saving and do not want her to become a food truck.

Hi Kristyk5272, Welcome to the forum. That’s a great van you’ve got there, and the branding as a ‘Greythorne Special 15 Ipswich Q’ is really intriguing. I’d love to know whether it was some sort of special model or a model built for sale in Queensland? Do you know what the Ipswich reference may mean? Because of the Ipswich branding which makes the van that little bit mysterious, I’ve copied some of your photos and posted them here on the Greythorne thread in the ‘Down History Lane’ section, which is where we record historical information about the various vintage era caravan manufacturers. I hope that will be ok with you? Good luck with the sale. Don Ricardo
