With Don's blessing, I'm allowed to tell you a little about a new nostalgic classic caravan book just published in Sydney (and worldwide). It is called A Caravan Holiday in 1932. An accredited World War One artist in 1932 hired a caravan for a holiday in England and sketched, took photos and kept a diary along the way. You could back then negotiate use of a farmer's field for a shilling - and that included a quart of milk still warm from the cow in the morning. What may also be of interest is a video you can watch for free. When I was in England we tracked down a vintage caravan in Worcestershire, the same as that hired by the author of the book. The owner allowed us to come and take a look around. An actor friend agreed to do the walk through. See the original crockery, how the beds unfolded and much more. The video - The Caravan that Time Forgot - has had some 58,000 views on YouTube. Enjoy the video and see more about the book at www.forgottentitles.com. Stay safe. Tim
