Hi there, posted this a few days ago but can't find the thread. We have an 1980 Franklin and took on our first major trip from Central Victoria to Tasmania. Was such a wonderful trip with her. We went down 12 kilometres of dirt road to a national park and shook a lot of things. and now the sliding rail doesn't work and had to pull it off to open. It was a bit dodgy when we bought it. Hoping someone out there knows of where to buy a new slide?? Thank you and hope the photos work!!! .

So you're after the aluminium channel?
I doubt it is a caravan specific profile. If I were you I'd try some old building salvage places, in the 70s they used heaps of aluminium rails in 70s houses and offices for the windows and sliding doors. Maybe even try a local hardware shop?

Hi OP If you're talking about the timber bit that has cracked, I suggest you dismantle it and take it to your local men's shed and let them make a new one for you. It's a simple enough job if you have a router, which they would have. I had them do a job for me recently and asked me if $5 was too much to change me!!!!
