G'day all, The big question for the day is how can I take dints out of aluminium or dramaticly reduce there appearance. As we know, I am talking old aluminium so it's a bit brittle. If any-one has some good ideas, I'm sure there are a few people that would like to know. Thanks Andrew

If the auminium has become britle It may be work hardend or more likley it is hi tensile Either way if you are havinig trouble bending it back into shape without it cracking you can aniel it by heating it up and allowing it to cool and then gentley panel it out

G'day Andy Have a look in your local phone book for a mob called " paintless dent removal" they do the rounds of the local panelbeaters. All depends how many dents and how deep they are?? if your van has been kicked by a hail storm its probably better to just chuck your campin gear in there and just go and enjoy vintage Vannin ;D.........remember... It aint gotta be pretty to be cool Final word... Dont polish it... No one will notice the dents Good luck mate Reddo
