HI, Was wondering if anyone could please tell me the best way to polish the stone guards on the front of my van. When I got the van they were painted over and I have just used paint stripper to remove the paint, all the paint came off very easily but the stone guards are dull.Any suggestions on how to give them back or close to their original finish would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks, Kevin and Jackie ;D

Thanks Jailbarjuice, I tried using mothers metal polish but it never seems to end. It came up relatively shiny but not really shiny as I have seen on some members photos.I will try the magnet trick tomorrow and the good old trusty gumption and scourer. Thanks heaps. Kev and Jackie.

G,day fc59r I concur with Jailbar the absolute best chrome and stainless cleaner I have used is the PURPLE thats the brand name expensive but fully effective even after you wipe the residue away it is still working I polished the stainless checker plate ute canopy on my f100 and I wasnt really happy after I wiped it clean when I looked the next day it was absolutely sparkling Will
