Can anyone suggest where I can find the edging that covers the perimeter joins between the exterior side skin and the roof/front/rear skin. The existing edging is a relatively soft alloy and didn't survive the removal of the rotted ply skin. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Highwayman.
The aluminium moulding you are talking about is called a J mould and should be available from any aluminium supply shop.Look under aluminium retail in the yellow pages. They are usually about $10 to $15 for a 4m length.
If you are bending it around curves , you will need a rubber mallet to tap it back it to shape after the initial curve has been made. Dont forget to do this before the finish coat of paint has been applied. Have Fun.
Cheers Trodler.
