Can any one help me with their caravan knowledge. I have a wooden caravan in excellent condition but I don't know any history on it. There is a plaque attached inside the door with the details: Roadhaven Caravans, Manufactured by H Pruser, 110 Mitchell Street, Northcote, Victoria '110'. I am guessing that it is approx 1960s. I can email a photo if anyone is interested.

Look, look, look its made of bondwood. how good is that . a very nice van indeed. The tarp mounted on the front indicates to me that the owner has looked after and loved this van . I appreciate that you are trying to find out more about its "place of birth" but do you have any recent history on it Lisa. what length. where and who did you get it from........ voluntary information of course. You dont have to tell usmif you dont want to. Just be proud to be another "Bondy" owner. You have Reddos tick of approval. Veeerrryyy nice. i think there is something similar on offer in ebay at the moment. not sure. i will have another scratch around later on. Reddo

Lisa, Very nice looking van. Can’t tell you any more than you already know regarding where it was made. When that canvas is removed, do the front windows look like this 1955/56 model ? Cobber

Reddo
Only bought the van 6 months ago from Bendigo and don't have any history beyond 6 years.
Trying to find out the approx year with the number being 110. Still looks to have the original registration plate, however vic rds dont seem to have any long term history on caravans.
Hoping someone may have a close production number on their caravan which may indicate a more accurate year built.
Does any one know how many were built or approx how many left today??
Our van has 13 inch rims (looks like holden) with electric brakes. Is this the norm? It also has twin water tanks, 12volt water pump, full annex & a clock (made in England)
Appreciate your response to the van - we love it!!
Thanks Lisa & Adrian

Hard to see the picture clearly.
Our front window has curved sides. Will try and take a photo without the canvas & with the front window shield up & post in next few days.
Thanks Lisa & Adrian

For anyone that may have been interested in this caravan previously, we are looking to sell at a very reasonable price. The caravan has no shed yet (due to the wonderful Council hold ups in our area). It would be a shame to see such a wonderful caravan damaged by the weather. Please call Adrian 0418 329 071 if interested. We also have a Wayfarer bondwood with porthole & ice box in original condition for sale.

Hi Lisa; I'm pretty sure I know this van (Roadhaven) and if the wayfarer is blue and white, you bet me by a couple of weeks. I went to buy this van myself. Would these be the ones that belonged to Old Cess with the black '64 Chevrolet? Who lives across the road from the Plaza in Bendigo? Hwyman

Hi All
Lisa & Adrian here - yes this was the Caravans Ces had. If anyone is interested the price is $5,500 for the Roadhaven and $2,500 for the Wayfarer. We are only selling due to the caravans are in the weather and we don't want them to deteriorate.
