Sorry to tell you,but that is not a 1966 Franklin Regent.Regents weren't around in 66.
It's about a 1974 Regent,going by the wind out windows(these were introduced in 73-74).
It might say 1966 on the rego,but as we see here many times if a van becomes unregistered,at re registration you can say any year you want,no questions asked!
Just thought I better put this up before a potential buyer informs ou.
