Help dating a Korong/Franklin Caravan - please :)

Hi all, for registration i will need to say a date for my van, Don Ricardo has pointed me at a few pics to help and i thought it maybe a 59/60 but after locating the tow bar number and looking at the dates I'm confused as newer vans have lower numbers.

977C is on the bar and 977 is on backs of doors.

Hi Manxie,

My understanding is that the 'C' in your serial number indicates that your van is a Franklin built in 1962. I've given a fuller explanation following your post in the 'Franklin Chassis Number' thread.
