I painted my last Propert with a brush but that was applying super enamel. Had good results. If you're using acrylic gloss or semi-gloss, I would use a short nape mohair roller!! This will not be what the paint shop people will tell you! Make sure you give the whole job a light sand after the 3/4? in one prep coat and have a fine smoothe surface to start with. I did my Rowvan that way and it came up a treat (better check that with philouise!). Even fooled cobber into thinking I had used a spray gun, which is the other way you could go. I tried that with my first Propert and nearly killed myself from the fumes (I used a car enamel) and had a whole shed full of overspray. Not worth the effort to my mind. Unfortunately I don't have the spray skills that a certain person in Eastern Melbourne suburbs has.

Hi Thanks for the reply i Have put 2 coats of Dulux 4 in 1 oil based primer sealer is 2 enough, i also have 2 tins of Dulux high gloss oil based topcoat paint, i have tried spraying on other things all you get is a shed full of over spray.if i used a very fine paint brush and lightly sand between coats, would that be better.
