Hi All, Wondering whats best when routing new flex core through my '69 Viscount..?? Should I: 1. Drill holes in my new bigger & longer drawbar & run internally..? 2. Install a PVC channel externally on the drawbar & run the flex core through that..? Attachment DeletedJust wary of drilling holes where they're not required. Thoughts.? Rgds, Thomas.

Hi Thomas Drill a hole somewhere under the hitch and run the cable inside the frame. Just be careful to protect the cable with a rubber grommet or plastic flex where it goes through the hole. Ken

Super - thx Koala.
Always weary of drilling unnecessary holes, but I guess that this new drawbar is bigger & better than the original, & I have the chance to seal it good & proper.!
Thx again..!

Run the wires through 13mm Garden Hose, Budget hose is a better choice than a Quality non kink Hose as it is more flexible.
The hose will protect entry and exit points from chafing the wires.
