Hi all, Today, finally after a 2 year search, we have bought our first vintage caravan! Cannot tell you how happy we are. Pick her up in a couple of weeks and then the restoration will begin but she is completely usable and able to be towed now. All registered etc but we will of course do many things to make her our own. It is a New Zealand made Munro Pixie 10 foot. So so happy!

Awwww that's our baby Isn't she lovely? She will be towed behind our 1965 Humber Super Snipe. They will look so good together. We have a million ideas floating around our heads about what to do with her, colours etc etc. So much fun!

Lisa. I am glad the Pixie has gone to a good home. Thanks everyone for the great times I had on the Vintage caravan events from my yellow tear drop to the Pixie that I think made it's debut at the large Maroochydore event in 2009. I enjoyed every event but unfortunately a change of work last year and the wedding cars I drive some Saturdays meant I wasn't able to attend any events for the past 2 years apart from Rodz RockNRoll at Strathpine last year. The Munro pixie looked great behind my Hillman Hunter wagon so it stays in the rootes Group cars to be towed behind a Humber. Rollydog
