Some members of this forum, I suspect, will find this photo amusing, but for those of us who are focused entirely on old caravans, as I was when I took the photo, they will see only the old van parked in what the English call a “caravan park”. The photo was taken in June this year on the Isle of Wight, in the UK. The young lady in the second photo seemed to be embarrassed by my interest in the old van. Neither of them had any knowledge of the “vintage caravan” movement that exists in the United Kingdom. Not all caravan parks in the UK are as sparse as this one. I did see a few that were up to the standard we enjoy here in OZ. I know, it’s not an Aussie van, but the photo was taken by an Aussie. I hope you like it, Cobber.
