Don Don Don, You have overshot by 480km.
This museum is within 50km of Sydney.
The museum only has these caravans as storage units. They are not used as caravans.
Now don't get hot under the collar or blow your top............

OK an easy one, a couple of forum members live close by so this one shouldn't last long. You can't drive past this garage in an old car, or vintage caravan, without wanting to stop for a photo shoot, I couldn't Cobber.

Know it well Cobber but I'll leave it to someone else. I've been past lots of times but never had the urge to take a photo, might have to change now that I've seen yours. Mind you its always busy anytime I go past, a Sunday afternoon might be the go.
And old caravans at Menangle, I've never noticed the times I've been there.

G'day George, Yes it was a Sunday afternoon I was driving past and saw the driveway empty so..... I did a youie just to get that photo . Any old Vauxhall would look good behind those old pumps too. As you know, it is just up the road from a caravan park that I know a few forum members have stayed at (that's a clue ) Cobber.

I know I've seen it somewhere 'cause I too thought it would be good photo opportunity! Somewhere off the main highway between Wollongong and Sydney maybe? Only guessing. Picton or Menangle perhaps?

CONGRATULATION STEPHEN & JULIE The Elderslie Ampol service station was built in 1955, as were the pumps, as was the FJ Holden. It is just up the road from the Camden Caravan Park, have you stayed there ? Woops ! The 'Poplar Tourist Park' is just down the road Cobber.

Well there the only ones I can think of.
I might need a better clue than warm after I suggested Moruya or Lakes Entrance.

Thanks S&J. I normally like to put up a post with a V V in it, but I'm beginning to run out of photos you haven't seen! Must be time to head off in the van again and make sure we go to somewhere not too many others have been to! In the meantime, where's this and why is the building significant? Don Ricardo

Yea I posted this one ages ago with wiffie and a kanga in front. Looks like the moss has grown on the roof a lot since my photo. Fantastic spot for a picnic, very peaceful and the emus are very friendly, they'll snatch a snag right off the bbq , so have another go Don.

Oops! Thanks for letting me know Gypsy10 and King Fisher... The background to some of these buildings is really interesting, which leads me to ask where's this and what's the connection between this building and the previous one I posted? So I'm looking for both location and the connection between the two... Don Ricardo
