Sheesh, that has changed. When I was there the guy swore black & blue that the signs and pumps and car wrecks were not for sale!...over his dead body! Now you gotta figure what is SSW of Candelo to find me? It's WNW of this place... but I guess that's gone too?...

just to clear it up, this is where I'm lost... The second and third photos (of Candelo) were clues for the location of the first. So now, what is SSW of Candelo?

The was a reason that the (now deleted) photo was so small. Because the billboard in the foreground has CANDELO on it! By the way, it's a nice little town. Have you been there?

Haven't got a clue where Mogilla is. The place you're lookin' for is SSW of Candelo and I thinks we've already established it's in eastern Vic...that should narrow it down a bit?

OK stab in the dark !!! " TARNAGULLA " SOUTH GIPPSLAND um?...Tarnagulla is up near Maryborough - not in eastern Vic. Almost became a ghost town but seems to be undergoing a revival lately. Nice spot!...and nuggets are still being found there. Next time I go up there I'm taking my Garrett AT Pro metal detector - my retirement fund could do with a boost! Ok ,It's in Eastern Victoria....Looks like it is beside a river and gold was mined there, right so Far? ...just to clarify about the river. It's not beside a river but there is a creek very near. There is an historic bridge over a notable river just a few klms away. Near the coast this notable river is a favoured fishing spot. Up in the hinterland, where this river starts, there is an area reknown for a major confrontation between loggers and greenies some years ago. The mid section of this notable river flows thru unique subtropical jungle - some of the plant species that grow there are found in Qld & northern NSW.

Upper copmanhurst? Famous bridge over Clarence River is Tyringham Bridge. Area of forest conservation is Chaelundi, now a National park not far from Washpool N/P also a great conservation battle decades ago. smiles

need something more challenging ok, I posted this one as a clue in my last quiz. Nobody picked it so I'll post again. Picture is a few years old so maybe it has changed? I'm not sure of the exact location. Couldn't find a signpost!...But the name of the nearest major town will suffice. It's not on the mainland!... BTW we seemed to have got out of step? Did someone miss a turn or what?
