just woundering what types of paint and proceses people have used on sunliners or any other fiber glass van. i was thinking of using primer filler then car acrylic, then a clear gloss coat. but was woundering what everyone else has done. thnaks, holland

:)Hi surferh, i just did my sunny with Dulux Enamel gloss, done with a fine knap roller and i'm very happy with the result. You can check it out in Sheppos sunny reno in the members photo album thread. ;D

:)No mate, just high fill undercoat and 2 coats of paint, simple, the same way it would have been done in the day. Sheppo

Hi Rodnet, the body was pretty good, the only filler was in the pin holes apart from the high fill to cover minor imperfections. The roof has a small wave near the front but otherwise pretty good. I'm happy with the paint job, just need to find some back and front window rubbers. Sheppo
