The Caravanette is sold. Keep an eye on OleFart's posts for the restore.
Gday all
We've come across a 1966 Gargill Camper Trailer or Caravenette.
It needs a restore but is in sound condition. Surface rust and minor repairs needed and then a coat of paint. It's original, even has the original hubcaps. The canvas is missing. It has been in a shed for most of it's life. The framework for the canvas still works and is in good condition.
We got it because it was too cute to pass up but then realised we just don't have the time to restore it, and we'd prefer it to go to a good home.

G'day Dionbremner,
It's amazing who you bump into on this forum! You won't recognise me, but I'll email you.
Back to the matter in hand - the Cargill. It will help people to know where you are situated so that they know what's involved in viewing and/or transporting the caravanette to their location. Is your location Sydney?
