G'day folks, it was our pleasure on Monday to receive a visit from Susan (Bolerific) on a short visit to our shores from Canada. Susan spent the best part of 4 hours here with us and we had a great old time looking at our 'vans and cars as well as all the related old stuff we tend to collect , seems that Susan's tastes are fairly similar to ours, so we had plenty of common ground apart from the caravans (trailers ).....while were having morning tea she fell in love with the embossed biscuit (cookie) tin that has Reddo's car and van on it.....just happened to have a spare ,so soon there will be a representation of Reddo's handiwork in Canada..... ;D .....I know that originally we were talking about having a bigger get together , but the timing was a bit tight and Susan's visit had to be on the Monday to fit in with her other plans , so apologies to those who were hoping for a bit of an "event".....maybe next time 'coz I reckon she might be back!...... ;D

Hi Bolerific, Sorry I didn't get a chance to meet you at Firefighter's. It just happened to be one of those days when it was impossible to escape from work! It would be really great if you and your husband could manage to get over to Australia again to meet us all at the 2012 V V Nationals in Cowra. I can promise you that there will be wall to wall vintage caravans, and plenty of friendly and welcoming faces. And we can show you another part of our country! What do we need to do to bend your husband's arm? (Hope you're familiar with that phrase?) Don Ricardo
