Hi Winterwood What beautiful vans you have - as pretty as they are I'm sure that one will be rehomed to a loving family soon (at a fair and resonable price!) Thanks for the pictures the rest of us can admire and drool over (those interiors are to die for!) Cheers Seeshell

Thought this copy of the original Invoice & Specifications, dated 16/5/1964, for the GlobeTrotter, might be of interest to the nostalgic admirers of V V's. The total cost as specified, is 763 Pounds, 15 Shillings & Nine Pence .... no "rounding down," back in the good old days!! Max

Hi Winterwood, Your vans are just lovely! Could you tell me what the prices are? I am very new at this and don't know anything much about these vans, except that they are just beautiful! I love the way you have decorated them, gorgeous! I hope to hear from you soon. thank you, from green goddess

Thanks Dave for pointing that out, gosh, i thought the interiors and especially the curtains were in far too immaculate condition to be originals from the 50's and 60's. I guess they have been very well cared for. They sure don't make things like that anymore!

Thanks Dave, much appreciated. It's a wonderful forum that has been created here and it's inspiring to see so many people passionate about these lovely old caravans.

I've had a few queries regarding the sleeping situation in the GlobeTrotter. I didn't state it previously but it is a 4 berth, 2 singles at the rear and a double at the front ... after the kitchen table is dropped down (takes approx 30 seconds). Incidentally, the curtains in these photos, are the news ones that Jan made a little while ago. Max
