Hi , i guess you are changing the hubs to take the holden wheels as they are not the same stud pattern as early valiant , can the holden hubs be slipped straight on or are holden bearings different in the inside size . ,, kel.

Hi Dave Just beware of those new R.O.H rims if you go down that path. They wont accept a hubcap... No bumps to hold em on.... . can be made to fit ... dont wanna talk about using an angle grinder... but thats how they make the caps fit. And yup... Kels right Val hubs have a different pattern to early Holdens... Early Holden PCD is 108mm mate... distance measured between 1 stud and the 3rd stud... not the stud next to it.... if that make sense I have a yard full of 13"rims here....HR disc brake rims ( different to front drum HR). EH rims different to HR as the early holden rims are rivetted not welded. 13"torana rims... different offset... widened inwards compared to FE to HR - 13s and HK to HG 14s... You can have 2 X 13s for nix if ya can work out how to get em to Mexico. Dunno how many times i have been to swap meets selling wide 13 inch rims and mags ... and get asked if i have any 13 inch standard holden rims. I have been hoarding them for the past 10 years... bout time i started letting go of a few. Just be warey of the brake drum issue. I gave 3 to Humpty2 and i think he had trouble bolting them up on his Sunliner. Stud pattern was right but drum or offset caused the rim to crush up on the drum before the nuts where home properly... Cheers mate Reddo

....now it's gettin' confusing.... .....late Valiants share Ford's 4 1/2" bolt pattern ,if that's what you need in a 13"rim ,then it's Zephyr and Falcon XL-XP Ute and panelvan that have the 5 bolt Ford pattern......or you can have a wheelworks skim centers down and put a 13" rim on for you......
