Hi everyone, already there has been some doubt raised about the year of my sunliner.I was told by the previous owner that it is a 1963,maybe if I describe it (photos on the way when I figure out photobucket) OK here goes, pipe frame chassis, wrap around windows, aluminium frame side windows, lockwood door lock inside- an icebox, club lounge in the rear.Nothing else really stands out. Are there any unique things I look for? Or a compliance plate anywhere? Paul

Hi Paul I am no expert on sunliners but i believe if you have a look on the draw bar about 1 foot back from the coupling underneath you might find a number welded under there. Might have something that gives you and idea what year it was built. Humpty 2 or JBJ might chime in with a bit more detail. I was going to say check the gasfitter approval plate usually pop riverted on the front . they sometimes have the date stamped on there somewhere. Possibly a stamp inside the wardrobe on the ply .
Good luck Reddo

As Reddo said...look on top of your chassis, about 8 inches to a foot back from the coupling and you should find a number stamped there. it should read YYMM then something to separate the next number maybe a slash or a cross.the next number is its build number. eg 6301X145 means built January 1963 , 145th built. Mine is 6301X88. and has curved windows at front and rear plus icebox.
