Managed a few more photo's of "sassy-gabby" This is the rear bed shot, now with the bed frame back in place.... This is a toaster/oven put in by prev owner....too much for me to remove and repair under cupboard so may slide in a small microwave...I can hear groans...but really guys...there is a huge cutout! This is the stove before being cleaned... This is the stove now...not perfect but.... The overall new painted cupboards..... More photo's when she is completed....still deciding on lino!!!!!!

Thank you! I had to work with the ugly grey laminate the prev. owner put in. One day I will get the courage to cut up & old mottled red or grey 50's table and replace it all! The walls were also grey with pink & lace curtains.. Urrgh! Our son dubbed it "the morgue" when he first saw it unmolested! The off white walls & red have freshened it up.....and the vintage fabric I found and made up were perfect....so...go for red trub73....I am happy with it. J

Hi
Love the funky veggie curtains - reminds me very much of wallpaper we had in our kitchen when I was a kid (bunches of garlic, carrots, onions etc and inexplicably western wagons as well).
The colours are great!
