Hi Lynne & John
We're still thinking about going to Milmerran (as we're not exactly hotrod fans unless it's an old tractor). Do you know our address to send us the forms? How many days does the Milmerran festival go for?
We've been thinking about going to Milmerran for Frid to Sun then taking a little MiniTour de Oz on way home via Glenlyon Dam till Tues. Easter goes over till Tues for Anzac day Hol so is 5 day weekend. I recall Glenlyon Dam was touted as possible for vinvan getaway at some point.
Anyone been there? Anyone else want to come? Anyone know of better spot? Broadwater campground in Sundown N/P? Any other suggestions? Any one there?

Hi Rob & Cathie,
I have forwarded the Millmerran application to the email address to Smiles (Janelle signed off on email). If it is a another Smiles, please Pm us - provide your email address and I will send the Millmerran form to you (as it is too big for the VV Site).
All of the V Vanners are staying the whole time at Millmerran for Easter, this is the third year for us and there is lots of enjoyment and we don't have a hot rod either, but we do have classic cars.
We are staying till the Monday and others are staying the extra day - Tuesday.
Maybe start another thread for weekend for Glenlyon Dam and make a suggestion ask for any takers on a date and ask for more information?
Joey,
Thank you for updating the SEQ Calendar with "Cooly Rocks On" was Wintersun.

Just reading through this thread and my paperwork and I noticed that we have been booked in to site 23 campsite by the mud map (opp van site 26) but as a powered van site on the receipt ... I originally thought they had probably just marked the wrong 23, but then I noticed that Di and Garry have van site 23.
Does anyone know if the campsites are powered?
If not I'd better give them a ring ...
Cheers Doug.

Hi Doug,
Looking at the entrance form - they have powered van sites, powered campsites and unpowered campsites.
I have double checked my paperwork and yes I am booked on van site 23 (between 22 and 26).
I booked back in December. Not sure when you booked but you may have been put on a powered campsite if all the powered van sites had already gone.
It might be an idea to give Norma a call on 0408 198 247 to double check.
Regards Di

Hi All, I've read all the paperwork, worked out what we will (or more likey won't) need to bring foodwise. This is perhaps a question for those of you that have been there before i.e. John & Lynne, Dave & Lyn, Di & Jon, Lyn & Ob. Not sure how many of us will be there by Thursday night, but I just wanted to check what the plan is for dinner Thursday, do you normally go to a local pub or restaurant or perhaps have a saudage sizzle at the park. Thanks Di

Hi Di, we didn't go until Friday last year, so we don't know what happens Thursday night. Reading the paperwork I don't think there is a plan for Thursday night. I might just make something to take - maybe? Still got 3 days to decide - lol. We hope to get there Thursday arvo - just hope this rain goes away before then. See you there, Dianne.
