G'day, We're looking for a vintage or classic van, spotted this one in a Aussie hot rod magazine, (sorry for the poor photo) the van was at '09 New Zealand beach hop, can anyone help identify it? or any other relevant information regarding this van or any other vintage caravans (fiberglass) for sale here in Australia? (preferably south east Queensland) Cheers, Glen.

Hi Glen So you're saying the van is in New Zealand?
And you are looking for one similar Or a fibreglass van of similar looks?
That is a New Zealand made van ..... You can tell by the extra large back window The NZ laws state that you have to be able to see out the back through the van...... as far as I know.
Similar in fibreglass would be a Sunliner mostly 10-12ft long with some rare ones 15ft. Very sort after vans usually found in poor state of repair. Well worth doing up as they travel well, are very light and are quite a nice looking van in my opinion.
You could do a lot with them as have many of the members here
Not sure if any of that helps
You could also look up the down history lane section or similar on Classic Caravans
Cheers Atog

G'day again, I have identified this van it is a New Zealand built Lilliput Gazelle, so any one has one for sale or similar small (around 12') 4 berth fibreglass caravan, perhaps a kennedy, concord, or sunliner can you you please email or pm me? Regards, JakesDad.
Did they build airstreams small ? Were they heavy ? Cheers.

I think the expression you are looking for is
"BUMP"
If you are still looking and it seems you are, try calling Boblor, See if he knows of a Styeleader for sale.
That is a 12 foot Olympic, very few made and a bit harder to get, they are out there though.
Cheers Atog
