Hi V V ers. As promised Cobber I am posting an ad for Cordell Caravanette from 1955. (re: the Cordell Fj station wagon that kaybee posted ) You will also notice the stylised picture of a caravan on the right hand side, does this remind you of anything. Could this be where " Marvin" came from ? Well I was told it was by the original owners anyway. Cheers. Trodler.

Thanks Trodler, When you get to be as old as me the hard drive is so full of knowledge wisdom and information that it is sometimes hard to access some of it quickly Seeing that brochure reminds me that a contact made during the 2006 motorfest had one of those trailers for sale, I wasn't interested, if anybody is, I might be able to find his phone # / address, just don't rush me Somewhere around Yagoona from memory. Cobber.

Hi Wildmanaus, For reference, the dimensions of the bath in our van are 49 cm x 99 cm. The end of the bath away from the plug hole slopes very slightly inwards so that you can lean against it, just like your bath at home. You wouldn't want to be too plump though, otherwise you might get wedged in!! I don't think our bath has ever been used as such - at least not in my memory. However when I was a baby, my parents used it as my bassinet! We use the bath as a storage place for the annexe when traveling, but I must admit I harbour a secret desire to use it as a bath at least once in my life. If I ever do, I may announce it on the forum, but no pics!! Don Ricardo
