Hi VVs, Remember my old post: something different? Well, this is what has been holding up the resto on the sunny for 12 months - but see my new paint pics on the forum. What do you think? It has been exhausting. Way beyond doing up the caravan. Before: After:

Hi Dorian I think that car is possibly one of the most unique and sensible cars that was ever manufactured self jacking a single spanner and do your own panel changes as well as possibly the most aerodynamic designs ever as well as a car that drives like a limousine is silent and efficient with fuel what more can you ask for in a motor car and its probably over 40 years old yes you have got a great motor car well done it looks great !!! congratulations Regards Will

Thanks Willyn, I agree. The DS was recently voted number two in the best Car of the 20th cent - just pipped by the Model T-Ford! The DS revolutionized car design in 1955. All cars today owe something to the DS. Drivable art. I think aesthetically it works very well with the Sunliner - both fiberglass roofs!
Yeah, I agree Swellwillys. Very art deco! Many thanks for the feedback.

Wow! I thought I was the only person who loved both Citroens (especially the DS, aka "The Goddess") and Vintage Vans!
A great TV for the Sunliner you're reviving! That rig going down the road will be "Class in Action"! - or - "Class and 'Glass - in Motion"! - Take your pick.
'Having great admiration for such productive efforts and outstanding results!
