G'day, There's a review of the My Cool Caravan book in the Drive section of The Age/Sydney Morning Herald website today. The book is listed for release in Australia in May apparently. The review says that the book includes a couple of examples of Australian caravans - so there must be more than just Yellowuki's Carefree in it. It's fantastic to see the ordinary press recognising the value and importance of caravanning history and design. Don Ricardo

G'day Don R, It is a very well produced 160 page hard cover book featuring high quality photos of 40 different caravans. As Yellowuki mentioned it is available... if you can't wait for it to be released in Australia (I couldn't ) from Amazon in the UK. They also have a web site here and a very good facebook site with hundreds of "cool" vintage caravan photos to see if you explore the site, (click on the "My Cool Caravan Photos" link). OK...OK..... Ol' 36 gets a couple of pages in the book too Cobber.

Whatever you do don't buy Richard Hammond's caravan book. My wife bought it for my birthday and it was really odd. It was like he hates caravans so he writes a book on it. Disappointing. Waste of money methinks.
